Before you contact us, please check that you meet all system requirements and have the following software installed:
Internet Explorer version 11 or later
Adobe Flash Player 9 or later
Acrobat reader version 7.0 or later
If Microsoft Edge is used, Honda address "https://www.ecom.honda-eu.com/ema10" should be added to Edge settings > Default Browser > Internet Explorer Compatibility.
Technical information enquiries
Before contacting us, please first consult the relevant manuals provided by Honda and which may be found on the MaRIS website.
Also please include all basic information such as model code, engine type and chassis number in your enquiry.
In addition, we do expect the person who makes the enquiry to be sufficiently trained and to have the necessary tools and equipment available where relevant.
