Before you contact us, please check that you meet all system requirements and have the following software installed:
Microsoft Edge must be used as a web browser
For older vehicles, Internet Explorer compatibility mode is required.
Honda address "https://www.ecom.honda-eu.com/ema10" should be added to Edge settings > Default Browser > Internet Explorer Compatibility.
If content cannot be viewed after adding the above Honda address in the Edge settings, you can download and apply the registry file by following the link below

Technical information enquiries
Before contacting us, please first consult the relevant manuals provided by Honda and which may be found on the MaRIS website.
Also please include all basic information such as model code, engine type and chassis number in your enquiry.
In addition, we do expect the person who makes the enquiry to be sufficiently trained and to have the necessary tools and equipment available where relevant.
